REVIEWS
"Richard was superb to work with, we talked through the brief ahead of the event and then on the morning of it he arrived early for us to go through any possible changes. Throughout the event he ensured that all of our speakers were covered both on stage but also with our branding which was key to our social media strategy. He emailed through a number of photos throughout the day for us to use on social immediately as well as sending through the final high res shots ahead of our agreed schedule. His communication was spot on throughout the job and I could wholeheartedly recommend him."
Kieron Bailey, Experience 101
"I have commissioned Richard for several jobs and have been consistently impressed with his reliability and creativity. He is extremely professional. The quality of his photos is excellent, as he has a rare knack of capturing key moments, and producing photos which really reflect the spirit of an event. Most recently, I used him to take informal, 'reportage' type photos at an awards ceremony and he did a brilliant job. His photos of the winners and audience members were engaging and beautifully composed. I have worked with other photographers on similar occasions and Richard stands out. I would highly recommend him and hope to have the opportunity to work with him again."
Fiona Bawdon (Legal Education Foundation)
"Richard is very professional and his images really managed to capture the mood of the events. We have used him once as a solo photographer and once with an additional assistant providing a live twitter feed of the awards as they happened. Both times the service we received easily fulfilled our brief and was followed with a fast turnaround of all the images. We have used Richard twice now and we do hope to use him for the events again next year."
Kirsty Clark (Coordinator of Cellars in the Sky)
"We were privileged to have Rich working with us during the festival and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. What makes Rich a top 'event' photographer is his unique ability to capture that perfect moment amidst all the chaos. He is a reliable professional and his professionalism is backed by his true passion for photography and his emotional intelligence."
Riyad Mustafa (manager, Glastonbury Festival Cinema Tent)
"Richard is an amazing live music & event photographer, who manages to capture the emotion & atmosphere in the room. Having taken a risk on investing in a regular in-house photographer for an independent venue, Richard’s consistent results and ability to put artists at ease made sure I never regretted that decision."
Jo Bennett (Bestival, previously Bush Hall)
"Richard is very professional- so hard working and diligent. He consistently gets the atmosphere of the shoot and works well with the musicians and their team. He's been our in-house photographer at Bush Hall for a couple of years and the impact he's had on the venue is massive."
Sophie Asquith (venue manager, Bush Hall)
Our Charity have used Richard on Location in high risk conflict zones - his calm approach to the task and keen eye for capturing the real essence of the moment has given us a great visual resource to help us tell the story from the field. Highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.
